In Lesson 1, you'll begin with a grounding meditation to center yourself and clarify your intentions. This calming practice sets a mindful foundation for the transformative journey ahead.
In this lesson, we're putting a twist on the traditional body scan meditation. Instead of just observing, we'll gently touch every inch of our bodies. We'll deepen our connection, express gratitude, celebrate our bodies, and understand how they respond to touch.
In this practice, we will dig deeper and uncover internal struggles and lingering traumas. We'll identify these issues and learn to separate from them (we are not defined by our emotions and past events). Then through dance, we'll explore how stress manifests physically, and learn how to respond to it.
Shake off negative emotions and release blockages with movement and voice. Through empowering dance movements and voice practices, we'll stand up for ourselves and navigate stress. You'll experience a sense of lightness and immediate relief as you release old tensions from your body.
In this lesson, we'll anchor a state of happiness through dance. You'll learn to love life, love yourself, play, have fun, and manifest your dreams through dance. As a special touch, we'll integrate practices for ancestral and inner child healing, helping you connect deeply to your roots and inner self.
In Lesson 6, you'll immerse yourself in a closing meditation designed to nurture inner peace, self-love, and gratitude. This practice will help you reflect on your journey and embrace a profound sense of self-compassion.
