Hi! I'm Yulia!

With 25 years of dancing experience, my passion for movement has always been at the core of my being. I am a certified international class trainer, choreographer, and dancer, and also – certified teacher from the esteemed Moscow State Pedagogical University. After I delved into the realm of psychology, becoming a certified psychologist and studying at the Higher School of Psychology and Psychosomatic Therapy. This multidisciplinary background allowed me to merge the power of dance with the profound insights of psychology, creating a holistic approach to well-being.

Through my experiences, I realized that traditional meditation techniques may not resonate with everyone. That's when the idea for Dancing Zen was born.

I wanted to offer a fresh and dynamic approach to meditation, one that would ignite a spark within each of you and help you discover new dimensions of self-expression and mindfulness. Drawing from my expertise in dance and psychology, I carefully crafted this course to blend the artistry of movement with the profound benefits of meditation.

My intention with this course is to create a space where ordinary meditations are left behind, and we embrace the fusion of movement and mindfulness. I want to challenge you to step outside your comfort zones, to tap into the rhythm of your body, and to experience the harmony that arises when the serenity of the mind merges with the fluidity of dance.
