Why choose this course?

In the online course you get a complex of exercises for the face and neck, with the help of which the face comes to a normal tone, fine lines, nasolabial lips, inter-row, and black circles under the eyes go away, and the face oval is tightened, puffiness goes away and this is not the whole list of changes.

You can work out wherever and whenever you want. You need a computer, laptop, or smartphone with internet access.

There are two videos for each exercise:

Detailed analysis of the exercise together with the model: you look carefully at the model and listen to me: what starting position to take, how to put your hands correctly, and what happens to your face at this time. First, you should watch the videos to understand the technique.

Cheat sheet: here you look at me and repeat the exercise after me. If you don't understand something, go back to the first video. When you have learned enough of the exercises in the course, you can switch off the breakdown video.

In this way, you study all the exercises in detail, significantly reduce the number of possible mistakes, and get your first result in 7 days. It is important to do the exercises every day!

My name is Anastasia, I am 29 years old. I share natural methods of face and body rejuvenation.

I deny cosmetic injections, plastic surgery for rejuvenation, hardware, and other expensive and often dangerous types of "tuning" that deprive women of their individuality. That is why I have been teaching girls to preserve their beauty and youth with the help of facial gymnastics.

All my knowledge and teaching experience are combined in my online course.
