How are we going to do this?
This morning dance workout consists of two main practices, each containing 14 sacred movements and lasting approximately 10 minutes. For each movement, Peruquois gives 1-2 minute explanations where she shows dance movements and how each of them affects a woman's body.
The first dance includes elements of self-massage and helps you tune into your body gently, connect to your yoni and breasts, release tension from your shoulders, and activate energy centers. The second dance helps to boost sexual energy, awakening sensuality and joy of free movement. If you wish, you can complete the exercise routine with freestyle dancing to the song “I'm Not a Good Girl” by Peruquois. The entire exercise routine is performed to Peruquois’ songs.
