Here Liana will demonstrate how to perform verbal and nonverbal communication, which will help to customize experience. Setting the right expectations. Preparing body and mind for the massage session.
Understanding of the purpose and impact of basic moves. Learning the nature of body tension, soreness, post-injury rehabilitation, chronic muscle pain. Nature of anxiety, connection to headaches and general discomfort of the body.
As she was trained, she practiced massage with colleagues. In sessions, she has had a few clients that needed individual approach also. Real experience packed in one video will help to avoid newbie mistakes and improve experience for both giver and receiver.
